These rural houses are set in the Cazorla Segura y Las Villas Natural Reserve, on the border of the Andalusia and Castille La Mancha. They offer tranquil accommodation with private outdoor pools, a terrace and gardens and panoramic mountain views.

The heated Rio Zumeta houses feature rustic décor and exposed wooden beams. They have a lounge with sofa, fireplace and TV and a dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and hob.

The bedrooms are comfortable and all feature en-suite bathrooms, some with a spa bath. Some houses have views of the La Vieja Reservoir and all come with a hot tub.

In winter, guests at Alojamientos Rio Zumeta can use the heated pool at Hospederia Rio Zumeta, 5 km away. The houses are well located for exploring the area’s numerous hiking routes and tours of Nerpio Cultural Park are offered.

The houses are located 20 minutes’ drive from Santiago-Pontones and 2 hours and 20 minutes’ drive from Murcia. Please inform Alojamientos Rio Zumeta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
